Why can't you spell jewelry?

Because we are Canadian, and in Canada, that is how we spell jewellery;) You will notice through out the site that we will go back and forth on the spelling of jewellery. That is because we want to make sure everyone who is looking for us can find us, no matter where they are from, or how they spell jewelry. Eh?! :)

Can I be notified when new items are added?

Yes! if you would like to be kept up to date on everything that is going on at WireDreamz, simply send us a note to news@wiredreamz.com. Be sure to add us to your e-mail program's "safe list" to ensure you do not miss out!

Do you take custom orders?

If you are not able to find what you are looking for, perhaps we can create it just for you. Send us a message to info@wiredreamz.com and we will work with you to make you that special item!

I am allergic to "such and such" , can I get that in another formulation?

If you have any specific allergies and or sensitivities to specific ingredients or metals, send us a note. We can usually remake something similar in another metal or formulation.

Shipping, Payments, Returns

When you send us your order, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. This means, out to you in 1-2 business days from the time we receive payment. We ship Canada Post, unless requested otherwise, and all shipping fees are listed with each item in our "Shop".

All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defect. If you encounter problems with any of our products, simply return it to us within 30 days and we could be glad to refund your money or repair the item.* Certain restrictions may apply. So please contact us if you have encountered a problem. We take extra steps to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. That is the beauty of handcrafted items as opposed to lower quality mass-produced items.
